RED STAR EXPRESS DOMESTIC SAME DAY
Some shipments are just so time-critical that they cannot wait until tomorrow. When it is crisis, emergency or a final deadline, you know that timing is everything. This service offers collection of your package (maximum weight; 20kg) on or before 1pm and delivery by the late evening the very same day. (Terms and Conditions apply).
RED STAR EXPRESS DOMESTIC EXPRESS PRIORITY
This can be classified into two sub services i.e the delivery of documents and the delivery of parcels (light weight / heavy weight packages other than documents). This is our next business day delivery service within Niger for all classes of items. The service is backed by our usual guarantee based on our pre-published transit times. There is no weight limit.
RED STAR EXPRESS DOMESTIC PACKAGE COLLECT
Customers can order for a pick-up of package anywhere within Niger to be delivered within the country, while payment is made by the customer or a third party.
DOMESTIC PREPAID AND RETURN
This service offers the shipping and return charges to be paid at once. Packages sent within the country and needs to return afterwards; the sender makes payment for the return charges at the point of sending. The package will be delivered to the receiver with the enclosed return shipping documents. The receiver can return the packages with the already prepared document and drops off at any Red Star Express center.
INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY
Red Star Express offers global logistics solutions. This is a highly reliable, express, time-definite, customs-cleared, door-to-door service for all worldwide packages. Parcels and documents can be delivered to any global destination.

INTERNATIONAL PREPAID AND RETURN
Packages sent out of the country and needs to return afterwards; the sender can pay the return charges in Niger. The package will be delivered to the receiver with the enclosed return shipping documents. The receiver can return the packages with the already prepared document and drop off at any FedEx center.
INTERNATIONAL REPAIR AND RETURN
FedEx provides import clearance processing for international express package and international express freight shipments which require machines or parts of machine to be transported out of the country for repairs and would be returned to Niger. FedEx may charge an ancillary clearance service fee, where applicable on international shipments for clearance processing, for services requested by the shipper, recipient or importer of record, or to recover the costs passed to FedEx by the regulatory agency for regulatory filing. Ancillary clearance service fees that are invoiced are described on a separate line item on the duty-and-tax invoice.
Service details: To lessen the possibility of delay, we will take care of the necessary documents (re-importation certificate), service fee might apply. When package is being returned to the country after repairs, it will be exempted from customs duty

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
We provide effective customs clearance, we work with customs to expedite the clearance and get your goods delivered quickly and efficiently.
Flexible options in Broker selection enables the sender or recipient to designate a specific customs broker other than FedEx (or our designated broker) when shipping to other countries. FedEx Express can complete delivery after customs clearance, depending on clearance arrangements made by the designated broker.
FLEXIBLE PICK-UP AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
We provide flexible options for pick-up and delivery; weekday or Saturday pick-up and delivery, third party pick–up and delivery options, hold at location, drop and ship and others to suit the customers’ need.
PACKAGING
We provide tamper-proof, waterproof packaging for up to 2kg packages. This protects the items sent through our network from external damages. However, items can be accepted in customer’s own packaging, provided they meet the standard for safety and airline transportation. Otherwise they will be repackaged before shipping.
